Huiskamp to Deliver Campaign Kickoff Speech
DAVENPORT, IA - Jim Huiskamp will officially launch his campaign for Mayor of Davenport with a public kick-off speech on Thursday, August 28 at 11 a.m. at the Rotary Pavilion in River Heritage Park.
Huiskamp, a longtime educator, business leader, and community advocate, will outline his vision for Davenport built on fiscal responsibility, balanced growth, and a legacy of positive change. His remarks will focus on strengthening neighborhoods, fostering economic opportunity, and ensuring transparent, responsible leadership at City Hall.
